Payment Terms
All rental payments will be billed and collected via PayPal.
VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted as well as transfer from a PayPal verified checking or savings account. At the time of rental, you will receive an electronic invoice/receipt via e-mail with a link to a secure PayPal account.
All refunds of the
security deposit balance will be credited back to the original payment
method via PayPal within 15 days of the completion of the rental term
and assessment of the property at the end of the rental term.
NOTE: If you do not have an established PayPal account you will still be able to remit payment using the supplied PayPal link and a valid credit card.
