Smoking and Pets are prohibited at all times in the rental and on the property.
Terms and Conditions All reservations require a 50% non-refundable down payment to reserve your rental. The balance due is required two weeks prior to the first day of the rental period.
A $200 security deposit is required with the down payment. A cleaning fee of $100 will be deducted from the security deposit. The balance of the security deposit will be refunded after inspection of the property at the completion of the rental term. Any excessive cleaning, replacement of missing items or repairs required to the property may also be deducted from the security deposit.
At no time should the property be used for parties, receptions or groups other than the primary Tenet and any other declared occupants reported to the property manager at the time of rental. Any violation of this restriction is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeit of any remaining rental payment.
Cancellation Policy/Changes to Reservation You may cancel your reservation at any time up to two weeks prior to arrival. However, the down payment is non-refundable. Changes to reservations are permitted, pending availability, up to two weeks prior to arrival date. No changes to reservations are permitted within two weeks of arrival date. Payment in full is due if cancellation occurs with two weeks of arrival date.
Check In and Check Out Procedures On the date of your arrival, you may check in after 4:00 PM. A representative will be there to greet you, or a key will be available in a lock box. Exact arrival arrangements and a detailed map to the cottage will be provided upon receipt of final rental balance due. Final balance is due at least two weeks prior to scheduled arrival date.
On the last day of your visit, you must be off the property no later than 11:00 AM. It is highly recommended that you use the inventory sheet provided to verify all rental property contents and linens are present and in good condition. Any loss or damage will be deducted from your security deposit pending final inspection.
Liability and Insurance The owner of the property cannot be held responsible for any accident, theft, illness or damage that may occur to the Tenet or Tenet's property. It is the Tenant’s responsibility to protect the rental property and it’s contents against damages, theft or loss at all times. Please report and damage to rental property or contents immediately.
We ask that Tenants who occupy the property conduct themselves in a quiet and dignified manner, to respect the privacy of neighbors, and to obey local and state laws.
